I am sending this to provide some additional feedback on the pilot. I thought it was outstanding. I have read a number of books on Object Oriented technology, and I've started some courses on the subject as well. I felt that I had a good understanding of the technology, but there was always a piece missing that wasn't tying all of the loose ends together. In speaking with the trainer, I was able to ask my questions in such a way that it finally made sense. None of the training material in the books I've read, or in the online classes would have covered the answers I received. That's why I felt this was a particularly valuable experience, and should really become a part of the support mechanism for all of the [technology] courses, if not more. “Application Sharing is most important. Instead of the learner having to explain what they are doing, you can see it on the whiteboard. This saves endless amounts of time.”
