IBM qualifies the new XpertSHARE portlet as Ready for Portal. This new solution becomes part of IBM's Websphere/Portal catalogue. The XpertSHARE portlet is available as both an ASP and a client hosted solution.

IBM Software University invites XpertUniverse to showcase XpertSHARE at the January conference for IBM's global sales organization. XpertUniverse is one of only 200 business partners invited to participate in the event.

IBM showcases XpertSHARE at the BAI Retail Delivery conference for the banking industry. Four key on demand Workplace roles were demonstrated at the BAI solutions center including an innovative customer facing role.
In this role, XpertSHARE enables banks to deliver diverse financial services expertise over the Internet to customers at branch location kiosks or to meet their needs while they are at home.

XpertUniverse participates in three IBM roadshow launches for "IBM Workplace: Productivity's Best Practices" which included live demos of XpertSHARE. Roadshow cities included San Francisco, New York and Indianapolis.
