XpertSHARE™ is a new web-based technology, delivered through the Internet and running within a browser, requiring no preloaded workstation footprint. Seekers and experts can be located anywhere, and reach each other anytime. XpertSHARE integrates industrial strength components, including CRM, routing, collaboration and web-portal components, with a configurable and intuitive interface to provide a highly scalable solution. XpertSHARE is also IBM Websphere Portal compatible.

The main page provides access to up to three functions, depending on how each user is set up.

• Click ‘Manage Users’ to add and maintain other users within your organization.


To Get Assistance, fill out a simple form defining the nature of your Assistance Request. Optionally, you can attach files, and request to be routed to an expert from a recent past session if that expert is available.
